Signature Hub privacy policy

Prepared October 4, 2026. This policy applies to the account-based Signature Hub release.

Your company workspace

Signature Hub uses your name, email address and account information to identify you and manage access. New accounts require owner approval. The owner assigns access to company records, which may include customer and business contact information, property/project details, invoices, plans, notes, correspondence and uploaded documents.

How information is used and stored

We use this information to provide the workspace, synchronize authorized records, manage access, process support and deletion requests, and protect the service. Account and company data are hosted in a private Supabase backend. Network transfers use HTTPS. New workspace copies saved inside the app are encrypted. Earlier offline-version records are preserved until a verified migration is completed; they are not automatically uploaded before owner sign-in.

Biometric unlock

Biometric unlock is optional and uses Android's device authentication system. Signature Hub does not receive or store your fingerprint or face image. Your account password is not saved by the app. A protected session can be saved on your device after you enable biometric unlock. An internet connection is required to check access when unlocking.

Who can access information

The company owner can access the workspace and grant or revoke access for other accounts. Hosting and email delivery providers process information to operate the service. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. The app does not include advertising or marketing analytics. Files you choose to export, share or open in another service are handled by that service and are no longer protected by the app's access controls.

Oregon code references

The code directory links to government and authorized publisher websites. Those sites may require their own accounts and apply their own privacy policies. Code bookmarks are stored on your device.

Retention and deletion

Account and workspace information is retained while needed for the service and company operations. You can request account deletion in the app under More → Your account → Privacy & account deletion, or use the account deletion page. We verify the request before completing it. Company project, invoice and other business records may be retained where needed for legal obligations, accounting, disputes or ongoing work; access to those records is removed when membership ends. An owner account requires workspace closure or transfer of ownership. Backup copies expire under the hosting provider's retention process. Exported files remain wherever you saved or shared them.
