Request deletion of your Signature Hub account

You can request deletion without installing or signing into the app. Email us from your account email address and include the words “Delete my Signature Hub account.” Do not send your password or biometric information.

What happens next

We verify that you control the account and review the request. Your account credentials, personal profile and workspace access are removed when deletion is completed. Company project and invoice records may be retained for legal obligations, accounting, disputes or ongoing work; we will explain any applicable retention. An owner account needs ownership transfer or workspace closure before deletion. Provider backups expire under the provider's retention process. Files previously exported or shared outside the app are not remotely removed.

Request from the app

Open More → Your account → Privacy & account deletion → Request account deletion. A member's workspace access pauses immediately when that request is submitted.
